Transactional analysis

Transaction analysts who work in the consulting field support clients in their personal and professional growth. The aim is to increase autonomy and relationship skills in a social, cultural and professional context. Important aspects in the consulting process:
- research the issue and make it understandable
- Determine the goal and route there together
- identify challenges and obstacles that arise
- rediscover and activate your own resources
- Develop attitude and options for action
- coordinate next concrete steps
- anchor newly developed things in everyday life.
The introductory course in transactional analysis (101 course) will take place for new students in the first semester on October 13th/14th, 2024. Please make sure to save this date now.

3. Methodological competence
4. System competence
5. Evaluation skills
